Auto-Generate Zoom & Google Meet Links for Every Appointment

April 14, 20254 min read

If you offer online appointments, manually creating and sending meeting links is a time sink. Here's how AudraBooking automates virtual meeting link generation for every booking.

Online appointments are now a baseline expectation for most service businesses. Coaches, consultants, therapists, and tutors all rely on video calls — and the last thing you want is to manually generate and email a meeting link for every booking.

How It Works

AudraBooking integrates with both Google Meet (via Google Calendar API) and Zoom to automatically generate a unique meeting link for every booked appointment. The link is included in the confirmation email and calendar invite sent to the client.

Setting Up Google Meet

  1. Go to Settings → Calendar and connect your Google account.
  2. Toggle Auto-create Google Meet links on.
  3. Every appointment booked will now have a Meet link attached to the calendar event.

Setting Up Zoom

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoom.
  2. Click Connect Zoom and authorize with your Zoom account.
  3. In your Campaign settings, set the meeting type to Zoom.

What Clients See

After booking, clients receive a confirmation email containing the date, time, and a Join Meeting button. A reminder is sent 24 hours before and 30 minutes before the appointment, each containing the link.

Mixed In-Person and Virtual

You can have multiple campaigns — one for in-person appointments at your office, and one for virtual sessions online. Each campaign can have its own meeting type setting, so the right link (or physical address) goes out depending on how the client booked.

Stop copying and pasting meeting links. Let AudraBooking handle it automatically.
