Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what information AudraBooking collects, why we collect it and the choices you have. It covers both businesses that use AudraBooking (“customers”) and the people who book with them (“end users”).

Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, business details and, if you sign in with Google, your basic Google profile.
  • Booking information — details end users enter when booking, such as name, email, phone number, notes and answers to a business's custom questions.
  • Usage information — log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

  • To provide the service: create bookings, send confirmations and reminders, and sync calendars.
  • To bill businesses for their subscription.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To contact account holders about their account or important changes.

We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Booking payments are processed by the business's own payment provider (for example Stripe or PayPal). Card details are handled by that provider and are not stored by AudraBooking.

Businesses as data controllers

When you book with a business that uses AudraBooking, that business decides what information to collect and how to use it. We process that information on their behalf. For questions about a specific booking, contact the business directly.

Retention and your rights

We keep information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. End users can request an export or deletion from the customer portal; anyone can also email us.
